|Recommended: YesFabulous — I have lived here for approximately 7 years and have not found a reason to move. It's quiet and clean. At my age sometimes it hard to go up to the 3rd floor, but it is the only way I can get exercise exercise room on property

|Recommended: YesLease Renewed — I relocated back to Maryland last summer. 2023 . I researched so many apartments and finally decided on The Blvd of White Springs. I recently renewed for my second year.
Let’s talk Pros Safety. I’ve always felt safe here. My top priority. No strangers roaming around. Just doesn’t happen here. Cleanliness. Grounds and buildings are kept very nice. Maintenance staff. Amazing. Prompt. Office Staff. Fantastic. They deal with issues right away. I have a one bedroom apartment, love the size. No bugs, mice etc. Pool, small work out area, grills for summer are nice too. Office has get-togethers for tenants and fundraisers. It really is a nice place to live.
Now for the few and honest cons. This is apartment life. Lots of noise. Inconsiderate neighbors. If you don’t live on the top floor, I’d strongly consider it before moving here. Floors are loud and creek. Any bump sounds like someone is coming through the floor. Parking can be scarce. Overall, these are the only negatives I can think of after a year. Enough to deal with and live with I’d say so. Issues I’ve had the office has handled. The Pros definitely outweigh the Cons.
